Diet and Food choices

If eating healthy is something you want to pursue then go for it and don’t let anyone/anything get in the way but personally i’m not one for eating healthy. As perfect as my life seems on these blogs I try to stay true to myself and of course true to my viewers, you guys!!

I’m not here to brag about my life, i’m here to give tips and tricks, show you my personal experiences and perhaps help you find what’s best for you!!

I tend to eat by my own diet because in my eyes, as long as you have at least one of everything from the food table and you maintain your fats sensibly, even just working out at least once a week, you could still achieve the perfect life you imagine!

Fitness

My passion for fitness is one of the three reasons I started a blog. I find it so fascinating how there are so many ways you can move your body to keep fit and healthy and it’s why I love talking about it.

Fitness to me isn’t just doing the odd squat or press up every now and then, it’s about feeling the capability of what your body can achieve, pushing yourself to limits you would have never known you could get to without trying and sharing your personal experiences with others to perhaps teach and inspire them.
